just in regards to kc being a tech hotbed can confirm. Many of the problems about my neighborhood and area in southern johnson county being this backwoods kansas place where everyone hates gays and is racist no longer applies to the area I live in. If you could take a snapshot its amazing how much this area has changed in 15 years.like it kinda sort of feels like johnson county is the center of the universe. Like for me the biggest negative is its still a 40 min drive to places like missie bs.

This used to be a super duper duper conservative place but its changed a lot. I feel like ive made it more liberal with my own hands

I've mentioned before that here in Kentucky, the GOP recently took over the state government for the first time. They have moved to neuter the only important Democrat in the state, our elected Attorney General.

Well, they're voting on the bill to almost completely remove all powers from the A.G.'s office tonight in committee, and they're being very clear about why they're doing it:

In today's **** poker news:

8/16 kill game, non-kill hand. Hero open raises in middle position with 88. Folded to BTN who calls. Both blinds call. BTN is a reg who's a nice guy, average player who's probably too loose and makes some terrible plays from time to time. I'm happy to see him at the table.

8 3 3

Checked to hero who bets. BTN raises. Blinds fold, hero 3-bets, BTN calls.

5

Hero bets, BTN raises, hero 3-bets. BTN calls.

2

Hero bets, BTN raises. hero 3-bets, BTN 4-bets, hero makes crying call.

BTN has

Given the **** being pulled in that country a once in blue moon set of protests does not amount to much, if it has any long term damage on Putin's power in Russia I would be very surprised.

Watch the video, a common theme is that Putin is the only hope against corruption, as one speaker says "The problem is, there is only one Putin."

These are protests against corruption, not Putin directly, many of the protesters will see Putin as a force against corruption not for it.

Nice. I made a running straight flush to beat a guy who flopped trips on a J55r board the other day. It was fun.

4th nuts.

Honestly I'm not so sure about river 3 bet, hero is saying he has a boat on the turn. Villain seems unimpressed by this on the river...

Being able to link online and offline activity is extremely valuable for companies. I would absolutely expect to see, e.g., direct mail based on browsing behavior, why wouldn't you?

Companies already sell a lot of information like this (or provide it to "partners"); it doesn't need to include information linked to that individual, but can use third party intermediaries (like mail shops) to do this sort of targeting without exchanging behavioral information at the individual level between companies.

People who care will use pay to use VPNs, the vast majority of people who have only one ISP will just grumble about it vaguely every so often.

Yeah, got to second level there. He made the flush on the turn or was slowplaying quads on the flop. When you continue to show strength what can he think you have for him to raise on the river?

From your end, you know he doesn't have a worse boat, an overpair gets scared by the third heart, so it's got to be a made flush if you still beat him, and by the time the 4th heart shows up on a paired board the only good outcome from the 3-bet there for you is an A-high thinks you have a K-high.

Can someone explain to me how this passed with only 50 votes in the Senate? Not one Dem senator could be arsed to filibuster this turd?

Limit poker: Calling with queen high and folding top boat.
03-30-2017 , 12:25 PM
GTO wise he should fold 88 facing that river 4 bet sometimes. His range should be exactly 33 and 88 so he can't always call. Obviously he can't always fold 88 but he can occasionally.

Were you playing hold them of the unlimited or limited variety?

I cannot believe all the limidonk analysis taking place here, don't you guys have forums where you can nit up the the value of individual BIG BETS? Why don't you play a game where you can say "ALL IN" and stare your opponent down like they do on television?
03-30-2017 , 01:22 PM
I thought I read somewhere on this forum a while ago that limit hold them was unbeatable because rake
03-30-2017 , 01:24 PM
Limit Hold Them is perfectly beatable as long as you don't value your sanity.

The key to hold them is to play with people even ****tier than you are. And if you can't spot those players, they're probably all really bad.

I ve heard that senate repubs have been using arcane rules to get around filibusters. Dunno why Dems can't figure those same things out
