You can come live by me in Tucson as it actually fits that bill pretty well for the time being. We have some industries moving here so I don’t know how long it lasts but cost of living is currently quite low and we have tons of breweries/great coffee shops.

Other option is just to move to Canada at this point...

People saying that there's a ton of jobs. Yet, they simultaneously claim that there's a shortage of nurses, doctors, and STEM workers.
