I'm not 32% sure that Donald knows any history at all like that. It's almost impossible he does. But, if the one historical thing he happens to have any detailed knowledge of is related to fan fiction about the Nazis conquering the world (in this case I guess if Operation Barbarosa were successful), then it's still more than just dumb.

One of Trump's golf courses notoriously contains a monument to a fictional Civil War battle that never happened, declaring a nearby river to be a "River of Blood" despite the fact no historian can identify a Civil War battle having happened within 15 miles of the hotel.

Like everything Trump, sometimes the most astounding bull**** never gets proper attention.

The ONE criticism of Trump that had any effect on his behavior was complaining about his swearing. I'm trying to figure out what that says of these people, but can't get it quite right. I know it's not good though.
