idunno it feels very trumpian. it's one of the things trump does a lot. he hears something sensible and the repeats a twisted version of it.
like the transparent wall to avoid people getting hit in the head with drugs. it's right that border guards and so on want a barrier with bars so they're able to see through it and people cant just sneak up on the other side of it. and trump has obviously been told that and then repeated a hilarious bizarro version of it.
here it's one of those things the history channel or whatever version of the war talks about. how some of the generals wanted to drive on moscow but hitler sent troops elsewhere and then changed his mind but it was too late. and that the germans were aware of napoleon and maybe that was why he did it.
moscow makes (some) sense in the context of "he could have walked in" too.
