I'm working on a theory that Sessions is in fact also a bad person and ultimately supportive of Trump's fascist agenda, stay tuned to this space for more as I complete my research.

Assuming they actually do just freeze the Mueller investigation in carbonite by defunding it, can the democrats subpoena everything on January 3rd? Clearly the white house would litigate the **** out of that but they can't just shred everything he's found so far, can they?

I don't have faith in much these days, but I have faith that Mueller won't be outsmarted by team Trump and will squeeze whatever could be gotten out of this process. As has been said, I'm like 99.9% sure that will be less than what most Democrats expect.
