White House Staff Exits Likely as Trump's First Year Draws to a Close: Sources
U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson's expected exit from the Trump administration is one of many staff changes likely as President Donald Trump nears the end of his first year in office, with sources saying top economic adviser Gary Cohn and son-in-law Jared Kushner could be among those who depart.

Cohn, whose relationship with Trump became tense earlier this year, has considered leaving once the Republican effort to overhaul the U.S. tax system is completed in Congress, according to the sources with ties to the White House who spoke on condition of anonymity.

Kushner, who has seen his influence in the White House shrink, may receive a "face-saving" exit as he deals with legal challenges related to a special counsel's investigation of Trump's 2016 presidential campaign's potential ties to Russia, one of the sources said.

"This is pure speculation," said White House spokesman Raj Shah in an emailed statement about potential staff moves.

It's Tillerson's time in the barrel, or whatever the phrase is, and I had him all lined up for December too, but WH and NYT ****ed it up. No sport in it now. So I'm gonna wishcast tax bill efforts going to hell and Cohn getting ****-canned as a result.

A State Department spokeswoman said Tillerson's chief of staff had been told by the White House that the reports of Tillerson being replaced were not true.

...
Kushner told the Washington Post this month that he and his wife, a fellow White House adviser, were "here to stay."

I imagine i'm trapped in a basement basically silent hill style; i'm in a room badly burnt and unable to move very well. I can't change the channel on the 12 inch TV just a few feet away from my bed. It just plays the part of pokemon over and over again where ash fights brock for his first gym badge.
I have been burnt because I have been accussed of being an online attention whore and have an A carved into my forehead. I can't leave because i'm burnt very badly with flayed skin but really it's a manisfestation of my irl mind not letting me do or say the things I want.
The door burst open in front of me and a strange mist of smoke fills the air. Beetles crawl in by the hundreds. And then Jeff Sessions appears.
"Is tat(cough) you jef session?" I try to say through nearly collapsed lungs.
"I go by many names." he replies.
"Guess what," he continues. " Marijuana is still actually illegal HHAHAHAHAAHA"

Quote:
The waiver that Parhamovich was led to sign, however, offers a way around even reforms requiring criminal charges or convictions: The form explicitly states that it’s not part of a typical forfeiture procedure, and that the property’s owner is effectively gifting it for “narcotics law enforcement purposes.”
Quote:
Stephen Klein, a lobbyist for the Wyoming Liberty Group, has tracked other cases in the state in which police took thousands of dollars from people without charging them for a crime. In one case, a man from Florida lost $17,000 in cash and a .44 caliber pistol; he wasn’t charged with a crime. In another, police pulled over three men traveling from North Carolina to Oregon and seized $7,000 in cash — again, without any criminal charges.
Civil Forfeiture is so ****ed up it probably needs its own topic.

Can anyone who has been following this SF shooting case answer a question for me?

Did both defense and prosecution agree that the shot that killed the victim was a ricochet? Read a couple of news stories about it and I can't tell if prosecution was arguing that it it wasn't.
12-01-2017 , 05:47 PM
Yes, both sides agreed it was a ricochet.

Voting for SHS this month, I figure she's going to want to get as far away as possible from this ****ing dumpster fire. Tillerson is probably safe since now TRUMP has about 10000 other things to worry about.
