I'm sure I saw that headline on huffpost or something like that. In reality I'd guess that FEMA learned a lot from the Katrina cluster **** and were able to put those lessons to good use. All FEMA needed was the green light from the executive branch to do their work, which came easily since Trump sees Florida and Texas as friends.

A friend of mine who is unfortunately flirting with alt-rightism pasted me a RealClearPolitics article, YouTuber Candace Owens (Red Pill Black): How I Discovered The World Of Gaslighting "Journalist-Hitmen". After reading the article and noting to him that it made no sense at all, I googled for explanation and read The Strange Tale of Social Autopsy, the Anti-Harassment Start-up That Descended Into Gamergate Trutherism (which is like 1.5 years old, I should mention).

If you enjoy the weirdness and incomprehensibility of GamerGate in general, this is another level. Kind of morbidly fascinating to see this young woman, who appears to be well-meaning but is unfortunately very stupid and even more naive, get dragged voraciously into the maw of lunatic conspiracy theories upon exposure to the underbelly of the internet. It's a microcosm of stuff like Pizzagate and the alt-right in general. Recommended reading.

Funny story is apparently my friend knew her and and the Home Improvement kid in LA. They hung out in ultra-liberal circles, did tons of salvia and DMT and stuff. Probably fried her brain.

I no longer live in Vegas, but I wanted to post here to say that I am safe. If I did still live in Vegas, I almost certainly would have been working at the concert.
