Just watched Mosby's announcement. That was sexy in many ways. Seems like those charges will be pretty hard to prove though. I'm still a little confused when they are saying the fatal blow came. Was it in the car or before?

It does seem as if she may be overcharging them, with the hopes of extracting some plea deals and testimony. Pretty standard prosecution tactic, honed for efficiency during the past few decades of the War on Drugs.
