He was released on an unsecured bond with the judge saying some crap about how the guy came into court with a lawyer and looks like he will not run away but will stay and face the charges.

How to get tazed in two easy steps:

1. Go to Lancaster, PA
2. Be black
3. There is no 3

If things don't turn around fast they will pass laws outlawing recording cops and the courts will uphold them.

Reading the comments is sickening.

"His legs weren't perfectly straight therefore he was resisting arrest."

It's like a twisted game of Simon Says where you get shot if you miss a move.

I'm starting to wonder if this is literally part of the manual to induce "resisting".

One cop said "Put your legs straight out" and the other said "Put your legs straight out and cross them" so the guy crossed his legs from a position where they were only 80% extended first, and they tazed him.

****ing incredible.

p.s. Watching it again the guy clearly pauses whilst wondering what the **** they're talking about.

p.p.s. at 0:26

6ix,

It's like that guy who was shot in the hallway (I think in a hotel) where a cop was screaming at him to walk backwards on his knees with his hands interlocked over his head reciting the Russian alphabet backwards, fast, but not too fast or I'll blow your ****ing head off!

Look at the process these cops follow though - he was told to put his legs straight out like 8 times, so in their process flow, they have a uncooperating suspect. Maybe he should have said "straight out and cross them at the ankles", but that is the process again, not the person being racist. And he wasn't "shot" he was tazed, bro.

So that's what "put your legs straight out and cross them" means?

And he got tazed because he foolishly thought putting your LEGS straight out and CROSSING them meant sitting CROSS-LEGGED?

Spoiler: you'd be 100% okay with it if he had been shot.

Yeah it's like that tragedy is opening the floodgates for this particular brand of cop ridiculousness.

Why? It didn't make him put his legs straight out and cross them, right?

Wtf is a “process flow? Wtf are you taking about? Uncooperating? That dude was being as compliant as possible.

One of those diagrams with different shapes that describes some algorithm. I had been thinking businessdude had a business, but looks like he just went to lol-business school.

Oh yeah, I understand in the abstract what it is, but, like, this ain’t a complex network of flood-control structures or something, it’s a dude sitting harmlessly on the ****ing sidewalk. Framing it in the context of a process flow diargram or whatever deliberately obfuscates what’s going on and absolves this piece of ****’s behavior.
