I'd like to see a change in the law that gives law enforcement officers immunity from being sued personally. Currently the taxpayers are on the hook for the money when police are sued.

I know the settlements for victims would be smaller, but if LEO's knew they stood to lose their savings, their homes, their retirement when they violate someone's rights we'd have alot better behavior from police.

NYT recalls a police shooting of a 10yo boy in the back, while running away, in 1973.

Officer claimed gun, none was ever found, ballistics clearly showed the kid was shot in the back. Found not guilty.

1149 reported in 2014. The police aren't obligated to report them and the majority of PD's don't.

The report that i seen in the (alex jones show-i know don't abuse me lol) said that u are 8% more likely to get killed by a cop than a terrorist, and more than 1000 ppl get killed by cops every year & has been rising since the 90's & that is only 35% of the whole picture. I can't be sure that this is true obv. Maybe some1 with better skills at research than me will find a truer No.
