Ah yes, the "Charlie Hebdo in Paris" solution, where all the cops ran away or got shot and the criminals proceeded to kill a bunch of civilians.
Its important to remember that hundreds of people get shot by the police each year. Only a few cases get a thread in 2+2, cases selected by posters who want to paint all cop shootings as being against innocent people.
The funny thing is, even though these publicized cases are picked to represent the worst in policing, once you get into the details even these cases show the so-called victim was a huge contributor to the event ending in a shooting.
Think of all the non-publicized cases, they must be slam-dunk "police acted properly" cases to have avoided huge publicity and their own 2+2 thread.
We should be for improving police practices but not in a way that worsens the safety of the public and gives criminals free reign to act against us.
