68.9% of total crime committed by whites. 28.3% committed by blacks. Violent crimes are committed by blacks slightly more than whites*. So tell me why more blacks are incarcerated or killed by police?

Yeah, he was 12, but I can see how the officer may have not thought about his age as he was concentrating on the thing that looked very much like a gun in his hand. When he called it in, I believe he described Rice as "about 20 years old". I'm not saying he actually thought he was 20, but it's hard to tell.

They are all too similar in the way the police acted before they knew there was video.

Some of these killings are result of not wanting to pay the fine of the ticket. Liberals might set the fee of $500 for a ticket to fund their pensions and their above private sector equivalent salaries. If you could change $500 for 20 hours of community service, most of these crimes would go away because once a teacher has to clean brush for 20 hours, the law will be changed.
