Like yes, those people are lazy AF, and deserve to be berated mercilessly, but this is what millennials do in every aspect of their lives. I had to deposit a physical check the other day, and it was an actual nightmare until I realized I could use my bank's app to do it from home. This is how we roll, and this idea that you have to register far in advance, drive to a place, and wait in line, in some cases for over an hour, just to fill in a box on a piece of paper -- it does not jibe with the way we do anything else.
