I am a foreign (coming from european community) in Czech Republic

Due the laws, only pokerstars has license for fully operate legally in the country.

Pokerstars sent an email with needed for verification so validation of accoun....

there is:

Bank Statemant
Bill
Valid ID or similar
Live Verification made in one of the czech point on the territory

After a week i was able to do live verification on czech point
(unfortunately the employee has no idea about the poker verification and they doesnt speak a single word in english), i sent all to pokerstars

The answer is:

They cannot accept my verification because they cannot find me in minister of interior of czech republic

Someone knows where is the exact office or registration needed?

The reason I asked here is because at EPT Prague, the helpdesk of pokerstars told me that they have no idea and to ask to some player that already made it

Any help?
