Yes, you are correct. I just found his goodbye thread in a search (already closed the thread, or I'd post a link) it was the founding of a Puritan settlement of sorts. I wonder how its going.

How easy must it be for the USC marching band to recruit musicians? Not only do you play for one of the best football programs in the country, you also get to do stuff like play with Radiohead at the Grammys. And you get to go to school in Southern California. How do other school bands compete with that?

I got a free trip to Miami/Universal Studios junior year, and got to play at AT&T park in San Fran senior year when UMD went to bowl games.

So not exactly Radiohead, but I did ok.
