At first I thought this guy was being a real ******* to his kids, then I remebered that kids that age freak out about every little thing, and are totally recovered like three seconds later, so I'm not super-worried about this one incident scarring them for life.

Feral children. There is no evidence that a propensity to rape and murder is associated with a lack of socialization from a young age.

If cooperation only exists because of socialization, how did people ever become socialized in the first place? You've got a real chicken-and-egg problem here unless you're going to say Visitors came from outer space and founded the first human society by socializing a group of wild, raping, murdering, lord-of-the-flies kids.
