And what if the kid had a knife and stabbed the guy to death? The guy didn’t punch the kid or “slam him to the ground” he knocked the kid over. He could have been much more violent and wasn’t. Focus on that maybe?

Whether the kid was a spoiled brat, has some kind of disability, or whatever else led him to this type of behavior, I would not have choke slammed him. I would have taken many different steps up to and including leaving the area before I touched him. What about you?

All of that aside, a real issue here is that this video is hella old. I saw it like a year ago, probably shared on facebook or something.

In the meantime, conflating consensual prostitution with raping literal sex slaves is an important distinction that should not be waved away.

Drugs should be legal IMO. That does not mean that supporting cartels is not a consequence of breaking that unjust law, currently.

A 12-year-old tried to sexually assault my friend in their apartment complex laundry room. Luckily she managed to get out of the room. Then she started yelling at him. Eventually she said he got a wry smile and ran back to his apartment.

When she got the police and went to the apartment, the Dad denied everything, stuck up for the kid and even yelled at the cop and my friend. This is how monsters are made. That kid is going to be a rapist almost for sure.

The cop, of course, said there's not much we can do. ****ing lazy asses. AND it was a woman cop. I offered to go over there and yell at the Dad but my friend just wants it to go away. I think she said they moved.

Speaking of ChrisV - remember that kid that ransacked the local zoo in AUS - and fed turtles to alligators and stuff? Not gonna lie - I'd have been ok with that kid falling into the pit and getting eaten himself.

His hand was on the kids neck as he shoved him to the concrete. He is lucky the kid did not get hurt.

I'm not going to hit a woman or kid - but if they start hitting me repeatedly there's a point where I will do something. The problem is containing yourself to the exact appropriate bare minimum when you've been pushed to the brink like that. I don't think it's as easy as some on here assume.

Also if that kid is 10 he's a pretty big 10, and that dude was not much bigger.

It's hard to imagine how messed up that kid's life is if he's a) trashing cars in the parking lot, b) ignores the Mom when she shows up, c) decides to try to bully and get in the face of the adult who called the Mom, d) starts hitting the guy. That's like someone who grows up into one those small town bullies that eventually someone kills and the whole town refuses to help in the investigation. This incident possibly may have helped that kid get help. I can't imagine it made him any worse.

FOSTA AND SESTA have made it much more difficult to find sex traffickers and much more dangerous for conseual sex workers.

Mountains of research make it clear the only good model is full decriminalization.

I've been in that guys position.... My response was to lock myself in my car while the 12 year old who after smashing me & his friend then smashed my wing mirrors and side panels..... Was still worth not hitting or even restraining him as I'd have lost my licence, job and been front page news... UK though.

I could have claimed the parents for the damage, but I didn't as they have enough problems. It cost me £720 for the damage.

I think one of the biggest issues with how prostitution is treated is it creates cover for hunan trafficking.

And it harms all the consensual sex workers, which make up the vast majority of all sex workers.
