Thx, yeah had verbal consent by kid / dad but wasn't sure if I needed more but the need to collaborate was urgent. Weird situation, biomom wants copies of my tx notes but has no physical custody and client's treatment almost exclusively involves her hating mom; disclosing would ruin our rapport and even if legally required it seems ethically horrendous. I'm still investigating but am gonna fight releasing records due to ethical concerns.
