The police found a 3rd device and had a controlled detonation of it. It may just be that.

There was something about a water cannon that a lot of people thought was a 3rd explosion.

Man CBS just won't call it a bomb yet even though I"m hearing bombs everywhere else now.

The one vid they keep playing shows people drop from the blast concussion and are out in the road when it happens.

Considering there are tons of videos and pictures already, there's gotta be close to a 100% chance they'll produce footage or pictures of someone planting the bombs. You gotta figure they were planted recently.

I was hoping against hope that it would turn out to be some catastrophic failure of kitchen equipment or something that wasn't a bomb. Not that it brings back victims.
