To explain further, people aren't "antifa" like that's an identity or anything like that. It isn't. Rather, when folks who don't care for neo-fascists organize to do something about it, they just like to call what they're doing about it "antifa". You'll have to admit it's a catchy name.

Hard to imagine an acquittal given the facts of the case. If it's mistaken identity and it isn't this guy, then he gets released. If it's him, he goes down in flames regardless of the emerging right-wing racist crowd, just like Dylann Roof did.

Let me just point out that we had NOT ONE, literally ZERO MAGAs itt. Similar attacks in Europe, bunch of MAGAs clog the thread with AIDS posting. In addition, where were all the posts about why the media wasn't revealing the identity of the driver? Isn't it a PC leftist coverup EVERY SINGLE ****ING TIME the media takes more than five minutes to reveal the attacker? And here we are several hours after the attack just getting the ID. Where is the outrage now? To a man, every one of them, scum.

The people I've met (sorta - I don't think I really talked to them) who have been part of Antifa or BlackBloc actions have all been very intelligent and well informed adults. Like you may really disagree with them and their point of view, but understanding and being able to discuss Marx, Proudhon, Luxembourg, Gramsci, Hegel etc is not what I think happens on tumblr and it's not uncommon for these people. Education does skew left and if you take off the masks, yeah, some of them are just skateboarders, but a fair amount of them are like working on their PhD in philosophy.
