I actually thought it was pretty clever of Harris to leave it open ended since Kavanaugh looks dumber as he stammers and hems and haws sounding clueless. Which was the point, after all. I agree in The Discourse rules it's probably not fair and unbecoming of a black lady to treat a nice white carpool dad that way, but Kavanaugh wasn't prepared for pretty obvious tomfoolery so his fault, also **** all these fascists, it's fine to make em look stupid if you can.
You're imagining a game with some fair rules or some **** where you're trying to uncover the truth; Harris is there to make Kavanaugh look dumb, maybe trick him into lying under oath. She didn't get the perjury but she got her fund-raising email + clip of Kavanaugh looking knavish so victory Harris IMO.
