Is there some sort of informal policy on mods outing/not outing the true identity of these posters? I somehow doubt that in every single one of these cases, they take the time conceal their IP address. So a good percentage of the time it could be determined. Not sure how easy it is for the mod if they don't have a specific poster in mind though. If it does take more than a trivial amount of effort, then I can understand a mod not bothering at all.

David French's take wasn't too bad. Basically we should do it on the preponderance of evidence so if Ford comes out with some specific times or dates and places and Kavanaugh doesn't have a credible response then he gets booted.

Given that we know mistaken identity is extremely unlikely in this circumstance (it is certain and COLOBORATED (lol) that Kavanaugh and Ford were acquainted prior to the incident), to get from Ford's letter to that it's unlikely that Kavanaugh actually tried to rape her, you have to ascribe a huge amount of probability to her lying.
