No way. I’m sure they’d have invoked some sort of order to fill it. I’m guessing the Supreme Court justifies themselves at some point have some level of authority to move the process it’s just that nobody knows because it’s never come to that before

Anyone else deeply enraged by how the Republicans like Sasse and Graham are pretending everything the GOP has done regarding the SCOTUS in the last few years has been totally honorable, and it's the Dems who are out of line?

Like, I'd have more respect for them if they just admitted they stole a seat to get Gorsuch on the court and were going to pound America in the ass to ram Kavanaugh through.
