I've worked in academia for five years now.
My GF is also a professor at the same school.

Dr. Ford reminds me of her and the other incredible women I work with on a daily basis. They have had to play this same, stupid male-centric game and all have succeeded in spite of it. It's amazing to me how sexist a university department can be.
