So Bolsonaro just ended Brazil's deal with Cuba and over 15k Cuban doctors are leaving the country.
He said he's sending them back because Cuba gets 75% of their salary and asked for that to end in the new deal, along with some other things like allowing the doctors families to come to Brazil.
Thing is, there's a video of him promising to send Cubans back to their country or to guantanamo, whatever they prefer so they can treat his opposition there.

Things are about to become even more chaotic because Cuban doctors were responsible for taking care of the poorest regions in Brazil, places that Brazilian doctors didn't like going.
Everyone I know (including my mom and wife) that was treated by cuban doctors have nothing but good things to say about them. They are very careful and loving people who pay a lot more attention to the patients than their Brazilian counterparts.
