I think they stated that was their explicit intent on the original pledge site(which is gone now). The reason they didn't set this up as a PAC was so it wouldn't count towards people's max of $2300. I have not reached my max yet, but I did contribute $50 to the blimp. I was basing my statement on the stats from the pledge site that showed quite a few $2500+ pledges and my assumption that these people would have already maxed out their $2300. If the large pledges were legit and are followed through on I would say they make up the majority dollar wise. But, I could be wrong.
