Now, this is maybe a no big deal, pay a fine or whatever kind of thing. Still a violation (crime). Amounts or sources can push it to a felony.

We joke but the fact that Tibbets' accused murder was perhaps here legally will not matter one bit to the deplorables, and even if he was, they and the President are almost surely going to press on with some variant of "well he was here illegally in spirit" or "he was illegal BECAUSE he murdered, so his paperwork doesn't really matter." It really portends the world they envision where citizenship morphs into some fluid thing, is highly racialized and at the discretion of politicians. Remember they've workshopped themselves over the generations into citizenship being this huge benchmark for whether you are entitled to basic human rights or not, and re-creating a two-tiered de facto apartheid state, and since the real game was always to remove human status of racial minorities, they're going to work backwards into making citizenship a highly arbitrary status that they assign and control.

Trump does not like spending his money. His whole life is about spending other people’s money. We don’t even know if he is solvent.
