I feel for a lot of the mods. It’s a horrible job and I am not sure why any of you do it. It’s mostly appreciated by me in the forums I visit but it still doesn’t make sense just from a reciprocation stand point.

Add in the political desires of the site owner and the fact that there are horrible users/posters who are being protected and some horrible poster/people as mods, I wouldn’t blame anyone from stepping down. But I wouldn’t hold it against those who don’t either. I just have empathy.

The owner of the site came to this forum and put everyone in check, then tptb progressed to giving a full on racism hate forum another try. No real beating around the bush any longer or pretending. It is what it is. It is not two sides or disagreeing opinions. It’s wrong and right.

At least they get paid. I know a group of people who work every day for a for profit business and don’t get anything. It’s pretty sad how they are being exploited and abused.

+1, we all appreciate what guys like Gregorio do, and they’re the only thing stopping 2p2 from becoming 8c.han. It’s telling that the concerns of long-time mods take a backseat to tptb’s need to troll its user base.
