2018 Primaries - Get Ridda Da Bums! 2018 Primaries - Get Ridda Da Bums!

CNN just projected the winner, Don Lemon just told Andrew Cuomo's brother that Crowley lost. Cuomo didn't mention the primary during his entire show.

Good job primary voters on finally getting a big race right. If it's a blue district, put liberals in. Pretty easy to understand yet Lipinski/Menendez won their primaries for some unknown ****ing reason.

Also suck a dick Schumer.

Didn't Schumer ask really tough and intelligent questions during those Senate hearings?

Unsure if going really far left is the right answer here- that being said I am pretty right wing relative to you folks.

Yeah, Democrats have been doing so well with centrists

Agreed. It's always dicey to take too much away from one particular race, but it feels like something important may have just happened.

Hopefully other Democrats will take notes on what worked here. As dth mentioned, "they have money, we have people" is perfect. That ad is absolutely perfect. Copy it.

Barely left of center is far left of Schumer.

Schumer's biggest problem is that he doesn't know how to play the game. McConnell makes him look so ****ing weak by comparison.

"young challenger" Ay, yo, she has a name, AP.

Having said that, there's a big difference between defeating a party machine stooge in a low turnout primary by getting 15k votes and defeating a dynastic governor in a highly publicized primary which will require many hundreds of thousands of votes.

Curious to see what (if anything) Gillibrand says. She endorsed Crowley but obv is constantly harping on women running for office and this should be something ordinarily she would tout and celebrate.

Very very nice. She seems awesome. Blackstone Democrat seems terrible.

This. Schumer has no balls. McConnell is a much better tactician and gaped Schumer's ******* wide opened. If Dems got power in the Senate I highly doubt Schumer would have the balls to pull 1/2 of what McConnell did. Chuck talks, Mitch walks.

Also, he needs to shut up about this civility crap. Our country is leaping towards authoritarianism and he's on the Senate floor preaching about civility and not kicking two-legged pigs out of restaurants/taunting GOP officials on the street.

Ok Chuck. We'll take notes from a wealthy white New Yorker about how to protest properly from you.

You need quality candidates to have a shot. People would have given Ocasio-Cortez credit even if she lost. Menendez’s main challenger was virtually unknown.

That may sell Schumer short and give him too much credit at the same time. He has two jobs: enact or allow policies that protect the interests of his donors and get re-elected.

AOC should change her twitter name to "Young Challenger"
