Sure but so do people who have 50k household income versus people who have 120k household income. Living differently from a Koch brother doesn't make someone not rich. Like victor can crow about how it's a real struggle for families with two low six figure incomes to make it work, but that is complete bull****. Those people are better than fine. I know it sucks to not be able to afford that third family vacation this year, but there are moms in this country working 50+ hours to put food on the table. Let's put it into perspective.

Seems appropriate.

We know that. We are on your side. I make the distinction mainly to point and laugh at stupid people who have high W2 incomes and think the GOP gives a flying **** about them.

The upper middle class debate is just not fun without wil here.

Max is here so go crazy kids.

She should have married the rich Jewish guy like her brunette-but-otherwise-identical twin. You can even see the recessive blonde genes popping out in the towhead kids. Or maybe that's malnutrition or dirt because their water got shut off, we're not sure.

Btw keeed - pay close attention to the lucky ducky retired couple (who just happen to be black) cruising on easy street with their sweet sweet tax deferred income, leeching off the hard working white folks and single Asian lawyer who is sick of your crap. Obama gave those folks a sweet deal for so long, it's become unsustainable. Might be time for some common sense reform and CHOICES.

That’s pretty lol. People making 1M/year are going to benefit from lower capital gains and corporate taxes. Not to mention all the people earning that in finance or law firms etc who will benefit from pass though tax rate reductions. Sure, billionaires will benefit even more....but voting against a free 200k just because somebody else will get 300 million makes little sense.

There are so many reasons for everybody not to vote republican. We don’t have to go full on crazy and pretend like republicans are going to fleece people with 7 figure salaries.

He has lied over 1,000 times in 9 months

Why are you still defending him
10-23-2017 , 08:57 AM
I'm not defending him.

I just posted an official statement from the POTUS in the appropriate "Tax Reform" thread. This is clearly newsworthy after we spent the weekend discussing possible 401k changes.
10-23-2017 , 09:07 AM
Mebbe Trump was reading the thread.

Anyway, weather it's via 401k or not, a large portion of the middle class and lower, say income 50k to 500k, are gonna be paying more in taxes.

He said 300k to 1 million. Which includes every high 6 figure earner, not low.

You are so bad at this. Living in a liberal society with $600k/year take home is better than taking home $800k/year in a conservative society.

You mean exactly what I said in the last paragraph?

Your last paragraph is so wishy washy you may as well have skipped it. Especially since you think it makes little sense to vote against a "free" $200k.

I can’t be blamed for your illiteracy. It makes little sense to vote against a free 200k BECAUSE billionaires get more. Like I already said, there are tons of other, good reasons to not vote republican regardless of how much money you make. Read better, man.

Also wrong. In my calculation, $200k of additional taxes that I contribute (if I were making $1M/yr) to solving the national problems of healthcare and education is MATCHED by $300M of additional taxes from billionaires. That's how I know that those problems have a better chance of getting adequate funding.

Why is this so difficult? Of course if you make a million dollars and think you should help subsidize people’s healthcare you should vote dem. Just like you should vote dem in you’re a billionaire and think the same thing. Nobody is arguing that.

But that completely goes against Wookies point that high 6 figure earners should have the same concerns as “labor”. That’s obv incorrect as labor is not deciding whether they should pay an extra 6 figures in taxes to subsidize healthcare/education for others. High earners have the same concerns as billionaires. “Do I really need this money? Maybe society will be better if people like me who are much much wealthier than average pay more” etc.
