NC voter insight:

My aunt who listens to Rush Limbaugh and hates Hillary Clinton said there is no way she's voting for Trump. Probably sits this election out.

In case no one answered this, it's Politico's "Off Message" podcast with Glenn Thrush. (And in case it matters, Thrush says it was recorded the day after the Wiener emails story broke).

You could add that song to chopped up video clips of paint dripping and it would seem exciting.

Trump symbolizes stepping away from family values and the sanctity of marriage bull**** that religious people claim to care about when the truth is that the only thing that matters to them is preventing women from getting life-saving abortions.

Without religion as a cover, Republicans are outed douchebags who are only interested in oppressing people who aren't them. I think at that point, it becomes much easier to hate them than it is now. I wonder if that's a good thing though. We're divided enough as it is. The vile attacks are only going to get worse over time.
Before this election, I knew a lot on the religious right were FOS but being someone who usually gives benefit of the doubt, I assumed many were sincere and maybe only like 15-20% of people were really deplorable with many of the rest being hoodwinked by including specific issues (mainly abortion) with the rest of the right-wing propaganda. Republican and evangelical support for Trump has forever dissuaded me of the notion that most self-identifying Republicans/conservatives are anything other than selfish sacks of crap who care for little more than ****ting on people who are different than them.

never before has there been so much time wasted on winning like the .4% of republicans who give a **** about natsec endorsements and random stupid russian conspiracies while also be willing to vote democrat
How much time do we really think is being spent on this stuff? Do we have any sense of her resources and if stuff like this is happening at the expense of other things?

I feel like at times we're looking at stuff her campaign is doing that won't have a huge impact or that isn't as effective as it could be as actual bad things. There's a difference between an imperfection and a mistake that will actually cost votes, and if we're judging her for not running the exact soul crushing campaign that we'd personally run, we're probably doing it wrong.

The ad in the start here looks pretty effective.

A lot of people are calling out the hypocrisy of the religious right supporting Trump, but to be fair I believe many of them are just single issue voters who know Trump is an embarrassment but believe they have a moral imperative to stop the fetus holocaust and feel that Trump's supreme court appointments will outlast any harm he might do during his presidency. Not to say that's a great viewpoint but at least it's a more logically consistent one than pretending Trump is a "deeply spiritual person in private".

Yeah, at some point in the future unemployment will go up, GDP may contract etc. You plan on being chicken little until that happens?

i know some of them vote for him because they wanna save some babies from abortion and they view this as the most important issue when chosing a president. they dont necessarily like him (highrolling dirtbag demagogue), but at least they save babies.

Amazing. Fox News just had on the woman who supposedly asked the Flint question that Brazile "leaked." He question is substantially different from what Brazile "leaked." Yet this lady thinks Clinton is "disqualified" from being president now and was "disgusted" by her answer to the question because HRC wants to fix lead pipes, but also wants to fix lead paint.

Who are these idiots?

and i know some of them think climate change is real but they think there will be an enormous purge from forces above on those who have participated in destroying the earth. this is allegedly according to the bible. so they will let this event take care of it instead of politics.

The media seems to think TRUMPs pedo tendencies are off limits. It's hard to hear a peep from the lame stream on this subject.

will you fannies relax

she can lose all of NC, NV, ohio, florida, iowa, arizona and maine's special snowflake district. this is like woat oat scenario. and he still needs colorado or pennsylvania or virginia or michigan or some other state that is consistently being polled at like clinton +6

I'm a little panicked or at least don't want the prospect of Trump when I didn't do that much to try to stop it. I have something important to get done the week of 11/7, but if I can and I'm not too lazy I'll consider going to Nevada (like 6 hour drive) to try to help GOTV or something.
