I think this would be too hard to get any books to do because they would have to account for each person, and that could consume a lot of resources for what will likely be a small market prop.
However I can say that I did make a bet similar to this during the Super Bowl. I think the terms were something like this: Does any player on either team protest? Y/N, I took no at -400
Player had to be shown on camera for protest to count
