RAS is fine. There was some weird thing that happened to them while back. Something about them releasing their plays early to a very very select few which would obviously hurt your chances of getting the best line. Also had something to do with a convicted bank robber if I remember right. I think RAS Ed was selling his picks to said bank robber a few minutes before release, and the bank robber started selling them himself? Something like that. Ed has owned up to it and didnt seem to think it was a big deal. Depends how you look at it. I can see both sides; on one hand its technically stealing. You dont pay all that money for a service expecting that the plays are secretly getting released right before you get them. So he was I guess stealing a tiny bit of EV from everyone every release.

On the other hand, that EV that hes "stealing" was only there in the first place because of him. And RAS certainly does win. Theyre expensive and getting down at their number is almost impossible, but they do beat the close and they do win and they keep really good records, as far as I can tell. Someone might point out a record keeping error here and there over like a 6 year period, but overall I would say theyre an honest and up front operation. I can certainly see the other side of the argument though, what with the bank robbing stuff and such.

You can do a lot worse than RAS if youre going to pay for picks anyway, but I dont think anyone should pay for picks in the first place.

Why are you so angry ? They have on 58 units over the past 2 years. Their selections are posted 10 minutes after the game starts and they are 100% transparent. Its hard to get the # and betting he's s stuff will get you thrown out of , or limited in many shops , but to call his work " crap " makes you sound like a jealous, angry , meatball. Do you book? Has Edward beaten you ? How can you justify calling RAS crap when all they have ever done is won?

They somehow think a "unit" is the same on board/added/extra games and totals (both 1h and 2h).

You should really understand how touts manipulate records before commenting on a subject you don't understand.

2) Angle shooting closing lines
3) Dubious accounting of "free plays"

It isn't that they are the worst, but they openly front run clients. Deliver dubious value at best, and openly contradict each other. (See Ed and Mike openly disagreeing about the effect of the bank robber's line manipulation.)

And you guys seem to think you're only allowed to place bets at one account at a time for some reason. The 500 and 1k limit stuff, you should be able to get down at two diff places most of the time I would say. I think 25k a year is possible for someone who is really really dedicated, and haven't their last two years been very below average for them?

RAS is far from perfect but time is a finite resource there are plenty of other touts far FAR worse that could use your attention if you are so inclined

The figures posted are based on betting the limit, most players aren't doing that either.

Yea that is ridiculous when touts supposedly track there record "honestly" but they claim impossible numbers that turn losers into pushes and pushes into winners.

RAS does not claim impossible #s. They are available when their plays are released. It's very difficult to get them with Cris , Pinny etc, but if you have Off screen outs you should be fine.

I used them for WNBA and probably lost money. It was very hard to get their number. This was a long time ago and I'm sure I could do better now.
