Hello. Faced with such a problem
08/7/23 I made another cashout, the cashout transaction was stopped. After which it was not possible to log into the account (incorrect login and password). For some time I communicated with them in live chat on the website, wrote almost every day, told them that the account had appeared.
Then I started writing to them by email, asking questions after the check was completed, can I help with anything, do they need any documents? To which I received the same answer: the account is on the side, wait and we will contact you. Screenshots of the correspondence are below.
To all questions I received the answer that the appeal was being considered and nothing more. I've been waiting for more than a month
