They operate under the http://bwc.ag/ skin. Isn't that PPH?
I sent via Transferwise to my twitter contact and he passed that over to the PPH guy.
This started in late April. My account got up to 12.7k and I requested a 5k withdrawal in July. He kept giving me the runaround and then passed me off to his brother, "he's going to send to you on bookmaker, my brother he's my backer".
Same story with his bro, kept asking me where to send on all sorts of payment methods without sending anything. Then this
"You'll get your 5k back as you are the same guy who stiffed me
100% same $
2016"
"I didn't take your deposit
So I don't owe you a ****n thing
Let me show you my Cris account
490k
I could give two ****s"
Obviously I never stiffed anyone. Idk if this is a genuine mistake on their part of they're just making things up so they don't have to pay me.
Thats brutal. And its not a genuine mistake.
I dont wanna pile on, im sure you know by now but thats a borderline shocking level of naiveté on your part. I would probably take a credit account the way you did but would never let it get it to 13k. Depositing onto a site like that is craaaazy. The only thing you can really do now is go after the twitter guy hard. Assume it was him all along and go from there. If youre a pain enough, you can prob get your 5k back at least. Hopefully. Dont lump all PPHs in with this though as this just seemed like an outright scam. PPHs really are a face to face kind of thing...people are really brave online and on the phone but when you see someone weekly and develop a relationship youll find that the odds of getting scammed go down drastically. Let us know how it goes. Whatever you do, dont give up without a fight. If you wanna PM me maybe I can help somehow.
Ill share a story since its similar and might help you feel better. This is probably my most embarrassing stiff.
A poster from 2p2 with something like 1k posts PMd once and offered to give me an account from bookiebuddy.com. Right off the bat I should have known. But the skin was a joke with super stale lines and props, etc. It was a credit account and I lost something like a grand the first week. I paid him and then won the next week and of course he vanished. I found out later actually that it was the infamous poster 'the bay area beast.' I also found out that he was making tons of new user names and doing this scam to other people. Hed also PM me under different names and accuse other people of being the one who scammed me.
It was really embarrassing though because it must have been super easy on his part. Plus the fact that I paid him once. If I won the first week and got stiffed it wouldnt have been so bad since it was kind of a free roll any way (I was gonna crush the acct, it was a joke) but he got the first 1 or 2k from me.
So lesson is...only deal with people you know and NEVER deposit. If credit betting with someone new always start really small and insist on settling up early and often.
