15ish to 1, roughly?

Id be more concerned with logistics and escrow though cuz I dont want 1500 or whatever just sitting there.

Yea that's understandable. Any ideas on how to handle it? I guess we could do it for less, 50 bucks or something so you wouldn't have to escrow as much. But if you have any thoughts let me know. I'd want more like 17 to 1.
