Im a long time member here at 2p2 and posting this to warn people. I will update if resolved.

I’m posting this to do all I can to protect myself and others who decide to use SportsBet.io in the future

I made a deposit of roughly $1500 USD (in bitcoin) a few hours ago. I made a live bet which came out to -500 odds (1.2 in decimal) on over 1.5 goals in a women’s football match between Albuquerque Sol and Arizona FC and also Phoenix Rising FC to win who were up 2-0 at the time. Both matches were in play. Then immediately after made it the women’s match was suspended and I had to contact PokerStars live chat to figure out what the score was (they had already graded bets in play on same game). They told me it was 2-1 and then 2-2 with 15 mins left and now I see 3-2 FT from sofascore.

The live chat from sportsbet.io, mainly some woman named Kim, disabled my account, and now told me all correspondence will go through email. I have 4 emails, all gmail, I have no email from them whatsoever. She even told me that I already read this email they supposedly sent. I have never used an email with this site, I just login with 2FA and deposit or cash out. Have used them for a long time now. I asked her numerous times to tel me which email she sent an email to and she won’t. She keeps saying I need to contact them by responding to an email. I have the 2FA codes to my account, login and pw, etc and screenshots of pretty much every bet I’ve made there in the last 6 months. They’re refusing to do anything for me and won’t even tell me the email which is on my account.

If this is resolved and I receive the ~$1800 USD I will gladly post here and say so, but I have no idea what to do from here and am getting no help from them at all.

I’m not saying I don’t have access to whatever email is. If there’s an email that I put on this account I definitely have access to it, I only have 5 or 6 possible emails. I have 2 personal ones, a poker one, one for my Skrill USD account (normal skrill acct is EUR), and maybe 1 random one. I did check every email I could think of and don’t have an email from this site.

This was resolved fairly quickly after I went to live chat again and sent this link. Don’t know if it had anything to do with it though, don’t even know if the lady clicked it. I never responded to whatever emails they said they sent though, she just turned my account back on and I was able to cash out.

Since you asked for a screenshot I’ll show the bet if I can figure out the 2p2 image thing, I always have issues with that.

I have no issue with them now fwiw. Was just super strange that they were acting that way on live chat and locked me out of my account when I had a legitimate concern. The fact that screenshot still says 1-0 is proof something was messed up with that match. The FT score line was 3-2, not 1-0, and my bet wouldn’t even have been a winner until 2 goals anyways so not sure why it still says 1-0. But regardless, thus is taken care of and I’ve jever had an issue with them in the past. They’re actually great from my experience aside from last night.

I have big deposit problem with pokerstars and normal support guys have no will and ability to solve problem. You can check my problem from my msg history if interested. But I am not asking your opinions just that email if possible please
