I checked out the new one in Tiverton. They don't have a clue.

Ticket sellers are slow and have NO sportsbetting savvy. Neither apparently do the supervisors. I asked what the odds were on 7 pt NFL teasers. Seller starts explaining that it varies depending on the odds of each game...uh, no, that's a parlay.

'Well how much do you want to bet?'. Me, " I want to win $100." Stumped him. Software only allows bet amount, not to win amount. Calls a supervisor over, we explain the question again. He gets a laptop, opens it up and starts searching. Takes a couple mins and finally tells me 'That will cost $140'. OK, not ideal but, I'm here so let's start over.

Me, " 7 point NFL teaser for $140, rotation numbers xxx & yyy." Guy punches it up, I glance at the screen on the bettor side to verify the teams & amount, they're right, great. Guy hands me the ticket and says double check it please. I do. It's a parlay. <facepalm>

It's new, there's some growing pains, it will improve, I get it. For now though triple check everything.

Hows the juice? How are their lines compared to offshore books? Did you try any correlated parlays? What was the payout for the 7 point teaser? Did they offer props or team totals?

The flat action juice is based at -110 and adjusted accordingly, lines are comparable to everywhere else, half a point difference here and there, if they had a column on SBR lines they wouldn't stand out.

Teasers suck, two team 6 pointers are -120, three teamers are +160, 7 point two teamers are -140. That's all I asked about and the payoff chart isn't posted anywhere. They supposedly offer props but again, I didn't see any odds posted on them so...
Correlated parlays I didn't try. My guess is if the software allows it it will fly, at least for now.

Seems like there are always at least 10 guys behind you in line and some are betting horses or dogs with post cutoffs so with at most two seller windows open I haven't spent a lot of time asking questions I didn't need the answer to right then. By baseball season I would hope they'd have the kinks out. For now they need more open seller windows and more odds screens. A lot more odds screens.

I know everyone hates the lines at the Twin River sportsbook. Hopefully that is mediated by end of the football season, the recent announcements regarding a bill for mobile sports betting in RI, as well as a push for sports betting in MA.

Besides the line, what bothers me most is the awful display of the lines. They have small TV screens behind the desks of where bets are placed. I don't understand why they don't have big boards where all the TVs are in the center.

Now that I got that off my chest, who has been there recently that can tell me what the line is for the Super Bowl? I have found that it is a good place to go if you want to bet against the Pats. Even though betting against them hasn't worked out so well.

Went there today to put a bet on the pats. Thought it was hard to find but I have never been to TR so maybe that is just me. Liked the book itself with tables and a bar but they def need more cashier windows. Line was long and it was middle of week. I imagine this weekend it will be a cluster f.

I heard the prop bets were released the other day. Interested in seeing if the "will they mention the blown no-call during the cbs broadcast" bet is in there. I saw it online and think that might be the lock of the year.

Can anyone confirm if this is the current line? I would make the drive tomorrow If I can get Rams +3 but would suck if it's down to 2.5

I would be super surprised if it went down to 2.5. If anything it goes to 3.5. Too many Pats fans breaking the sports betting cherries.

Was there yesterday afternoon. +/- 3 -110 has been posted there for a few days now. Get there early because the lines are long.
