tipping and last man standing pools

I wanted to know if anyone here has ever tipped someone for running a last man standing pool. My Dad recently chopped a pool that had over 700 entrants in it. Two people chopped it and he tried to research it to see if anyone has done that and got a wide range of responses. I was curious myself about this. Thanks

Imo nothing if they take a rake, 5% if it was well run and no rake.

Also factor in how soft it was. If it was a joke, Id tip even if there was a rake. You want to be invited back and stay in good standing with a group like that.
