9-1 and rain delay. It would really suck if this doesn't go nine and all run lines and totals are no actioned.

This game better start up folks

I think it was delayed at the end of 4, then they played another half inning to get it official and delayed it again. Almost seemed like they just played that half inning so they could get it official and go home.

So, as long as the game is completed tonight (even if it takes 6 or 8 hours with multiple delays) all bets normally stand with most books?

Yah, if they complete all 9 tonite even if they came back in 3 hours, then all bets stand. If they just call it now after 4.5, then totals and RLs are canceled and MLs stand. Don't know what the radar is like in Arlington, but in blowouts there's a lot less incentive to come back and play.

Wow, they come back to play and some scrub reliever gives up a Salami and it's now 9-5 going to the bottom of 6. Not sure what's more brutal, having the play canceled when it was 9-1 or finishing the game and the final is 9-7.

Updated YTD: 2-15, -12.25 units, 19 units wagered, -64.5% ROI

- D. Murphy doubled to deep right
- N. Cruz doubled to deep right, D. Murphy scored
- C. Davis doubled to right, N. Cruz scored
...
- I. Kinsler singled to left, C. Davis scored
- O. Vizquel doubled to deep left, I. Kinsler scored
...
- H. Blalock doubled to left, O. Vizquel scored
- M. Byrd singled to center, H. Blalock scored

Combine that with Blalock getting crunk in the bottom of the 3rd and that, folks, is how you win a major league baseball game by 3+ runs!

Tonight is a nationally televised contest between the White Sox and Rangers. The nation will be watching and we'll have a double unit on the game. I have a hunch that lots of White Sox fanboys are going to be piling on so I'm waiting to get the best price.

This is really bad news for the system I'm afraid. Once the nation sees the Rangers offense, they'll understand its awesomeness and start wrecking the prices on future Rangers RLs.

Since when has RL prices been part of the Rangers 2½ System? The system is simple. Bet Rangers -2½. Nothing else matters.

Agreed. Rangers therefore should conceal their awesomeness. And somehow just win 3-0.

I think it would be better for the system if Texas lost on National TV, thus improving future pricing.

I did some more research on Rangers Home-Runs and it turns out that yesterday's 3-run crunk blast by Blalock was the first home run the Rangers hit that wasn't a solo or two-run homer since Nelson Cruz's epic grand slam on April 15. Folks, that's a stretch of 23 single or two run homers.

Clutch hitting and hitting with runners in scoring position (RISP) is a key part of success in major league baseball. As the Ranger's manager said after Blalock's HR, "The next thing you know we’re feeling good and things start to roll."

With the Rangers coming off last night's big win, Danks coming off a big loss (he allowed five runs on eight hits over four innings), and all this on national television be ready for fireworks tonight.

Sunday (1 Play)
2 Units on Texas Rangers -2½ +305 (5Dimes)
