When this thread started, I was rooting for TomG to go lose like 100 units, and now I'm rooting for it to be like +infinity.

I think I am a fair weather fan.

The Rangers swung a hot bat on Sunday. Blalock went yard twice on Sunday along with a solo shot by Chris Davis.

The Rangers are off Monday (it seems along with the rest of major league baseball)

I am really excited for Tuesday's game. Not just because it's another opportunity to finally start to fill the coffers. Let's just say a certain All-Star will be returning to the line-up!

Josh Hamilton comes off the disabled list today! With Michael Young also returning to the Rangers line-up I feel bad for Jason Vargas. He's making his first start of 2009 season (although can you imagine Carolos Silva vs. the Rangers, haha). The Mariners had to switch up their starting rotation and are throwing Vargas to the wolves against a loaded Rangers line-up. This one could get ugly folks.

Notice your odds coming down since you've been on your run back to break even. (big surprise.. not)

And they will continue to come down as the Rangers continue to win. Book makers aren't stupid; they aren't going to lay you +EV odds by just betting the same thing every night.

Surely you weren't naive enough to believe that odds makers are completely unaware of the Rangers' sticks.

Good luck getting in the positive tonight. If the Rangers cover tonight, quitting then would be the best decision you've made yet.

For me the biggest surprise yesterday was that it took Josh Hamilton and the Rangers until the 7th inning to light up the scoreboard.

Looking back, from our low point of -14.55 units on May 1st we're now +1.65 units. Here's the key though. Look at the Rangers games during the month of May. They've played great ball this month and are 8-3 in May. Now look a little closer at their victories, folks. Do you see it? 5 of their 8 wins were by 3 or more runs. That's the secret to the "Texas Rangers 2½ System" and why our patience and conviction have been rewarded. Because of their HR-to-runs-scored ratio, when the Rangers win, they win big!

Wednesday (1 Play)
1 Unit on Texas Rangers -2½ +215 (5Dimes)
