I had harrison ml vs becker and was graded winner on 5d but refunded on Intertops. Looking at the box it is obv that becker withdrew of something. Just wondering if these books have different rules when grading these or is 5d giving me a gift?

some books have a one set rule, other books the match must be completed to count. 5d has one set rule your other books probably needs match completed. Just check out the rules on tennis on your book.

Kohlschreiber opened at -460, got as low as -147, back up to -310.

He's not missing the opening ceremonies, played this tournament for the appearance $$, and is known to be a match fixer.

Seems he's destined for tanking this match and getting on the plane to London....Was doing a great job down 3-0 until the rain postponed it.

This Olympics thing is driving me insane. I didn't take Klizan earlier because of it and then he smashed the guy. The Klizan and Haase lines were limited on Pinny but Kohlschreiber wasn't so I figured he'd be OK when he started coming back in. I also took Cipolla, dirty Italians. Guess Kohlschreiber is planning to cheat me out of my money as well. Anyone know where I can live bet to lay it off?

I got rid of my bet on Betfair, stand to lose a fair amount if Kohl comes back, but oh well.

Does anyone know where I can get a reliable set of historical tennis match data in a 'scrapable' format? xscores has a fairly simple interface which can easily be scraped, but they only have data for the past week.

It was reasonable to assume he might tank at first, but it would've been dumb to bet on it after the line moved so drastically.

I thought this was gonna be a tank too at first, but then I realized all he had to do was win 2 matches in this extremely weak field to get his career high ranking in the top 20. So then it made a lot more sense why he chose to play this crappy little tournament. It was about whoring up easy points, not appearance fees.

Being at the opening ceremonies is really not a big deal to some players. There's a lot of players who are in london but skipped the ceremony simply because they have to get up early tomorrow to play their first match.

It's funny how pretty much every veteran player has been accused of match fixing by some disgruntled punter at some point.
