Odds are at -5000 for Mayweather. I've never made a sports bet in my life but this seems like a too good not to bet situation. Hoping we can start a discussion on this.

What are the chances Mayweather loses? I don't know much about sports betting but this one seems basically like a guaranteed win.

Just a reminder that you're not betting on the outcome of a legit fight. You're basically betting on "What are the odds that the outcome is fixed or there's shenanigans with the judging". Obviously if it's a max effort legit boxing match between these two, Floyd wins probably 99,999 out of 100k times. But there's plenty of room for weirdness given that even if Floyd somehow loses, it won't be taken seriously enough to tarnish his boxing legacy.

In the original Fury vs Klitschko, fury was an 11% shot to win by the bookies just to put in perspective a true underdog price in an upset match

I’ve seen anywhere from 2-5% on Paul winning. This is so overpriced it is a joke for a legitimate fight. Either fixing is being priced in or people are taking enough action at this price. Stay away regardless in my opinion

There's prob a >1% chance for Mayweather to suffer some sort of injury in the ring like a cut, ankle roll etc. esp at his age.

Getting excited over a -5000 line is lol, you can likely find a higher value spot by skimming the prop section of a random book for 2 mins.

So it seems his brother Jake Paul is going to have a boxing match against Ben Askren. According to this, Jake Paul is actually the favorite which says a lot about the boxing skills of Askren.
Obviously depends on the odds or if it even happens but could be a good earner either way

Close to 0%. Mayweather might toy with him for a couple rounds to keep the people paying for this semi-happy. These exhibition matches are good money for him so he'll want to keep doing them. However, I could be wrong and people just want to watch Logan get knocked out as fast as possible.
