Hi All,

Just wondered if anyone puts money and could help me with a few suggestions on title bets accumulated across Europe? I know it's not new or anything, but it's quite a quite fun thing to do!

I have odds of approximately 96 million to one on a dollar free bet on Stars on 6 title winners!

Only 6 horses need to come in

Before the flaming begins it's 96 million to one... but still over the long run

Arsenal, Barcelona, Roma, RB Liepzig, Sporting Lisbon and Rennes!

Arsenal currently doing quite well, won the last two domestic titles

Barca are Barca...

Rennes top of the league.

Liepzig too...

Sporting Lisbon have won their title 18 times

Roma... long shot!

If you don't like my suggestions adjust accordingly

I mean the FA Cup and the Charity Shield when I say last two domestic titles... Should say domestic honours!

I actually make my living from betting this way. Arsenal winning the Cup landed me a big score from Betfred and got me restricted.

But your bet is so outrageous that I can only assume it was a joke.

This week I will be betting something not too different to this,

Liverpool, Bournemouth, Portsmouth promotion, Newport/Cheltenham, Torquay promotion, Rangers, Hearts, Falkirk, Queens Park, Atletico Madrid, Olympiacos

Couldn’t be bothered to give the odds but that should be just over 1000-1 for each of the two bets.

Naturally I don’t expect it to win, the most I’m hoping for is that it goes close .
Stakes would be a fraction of 1% of my bank.

Here’s one of my winning bets since almost all serious bettors think this is a dumb way to bet. Yep could be luck however I’m still banned or restricted by every well known European book.

I don't understand why a supposedly thinking bettor would do this, except for silly entertainment.

Does this make it easier to understand or do you think this can only have been pure luck ?

Oh probably neither . That these figures must have been doctored or that previously I must have lost a fortune yes?

(In fact I have had three losing years since I started betting accumulators on outright markets for a living in 2004.

2010,2013 and 2016 and the total losses in those years did come to a lot.

Just over £400,000 in fact. Very painful and chastening. But the one in 2010 came after a long period of winning and never having experienced a big downswing in so many markets at the same time and the one in 2016 occurred because I changed my strategy to take advantage of bet365s new cash outs only to find I was having huge logistical problems cashing out the bets I wanted to cash out.

In 2013 I lost a small amount because Brentford missed a last minute penalty in the last game .
Had they scored I’d have made over £150,000. They then proceeded to lose the play off final as favourites when that too would have netted me £150,000 profit)

Funnily enough before I saw your comment I’d just sent a message to a friend in which I said that this season is really straightforward and it staggers me that so few people will do even one parlay on outright markets over this period when there are so many opportunities out there begging to be included in multiples.

Betting singles on soccer games and matches is a ridiculously hard way of making money from sports betting by comparison.
And even if you are able to you soon get gubbed !
I mean honestly what’s the point ?

OK. I'll try this another way. For the ludicrous parlay you posted:

1. What are the odds for each leg individually?

2. What are the chances that each leg individually wins?

3. What are the odds being offered for the entire thing?

First of you will try what another way ?

I ask because we both know every person on here already agrees with you.

So let me make this easy for you. I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever that betting multiples on outright markets is by far the easiest way to beat the bookies at sports betting (not including arbitrage etc) so nothing you say will ever dissuade me of that ‘notion’.

Indeed if anyone on here ever wishes to bet me £75,000 I can’t make a profit from parlays with bet 365s prices -obviously with rules so that I don’t cheat by say doing most of the parlays for tiny stakes- I would probably accept the bet depending on the rules.

Until then I’m afraid that I long ago stopped trying to persuade posters on gambling forums that betting multiples on outright markets is a great way to bet .

Tell you what let’s put it this way .

Presumably the posters on here believe that if they tried it they’d lose a significant percentage of their bank .

I’m happy to bet that if anyone on here tried it they’d make a profit the very first time so long as they only try to make a smallish profit .

But no one will even try . And with that attitude there’s really nothing more I can do.

Try to get you to answer why on earth this is good to do, other than "look how much money I won"

The math is trivial if you answer my questions above. Otherwise, there's no good reason to ever listen to your advice.

Hi,

I was just messing around with title odd bets for fun, but I noticed on stars that I could cash out my some of my accumulators for fun early in the season. Meaning if you where to study the fixture list and see who has easy starts to the season you could win a small amount of money through picking a few long shots for the title together! Larger the bet... the more money you cash out obviously!

Sorry I haven't checked this or 2+2 in a while! Used to love this site and read loads of things off here when I took cards more seriously.
