Should you trust betting groups on FB?

Am I the only one, being constantly spammed with various offers and advertisements from the many betting groups, that claims to have an ROI of 90%+ on Facebook?
I live in Denmark, hence the curiosity..

The short answer is no, and no one has a 90% roi on individual bets, or if it's over a sustained period of time the record needs to be public and unable to be edited after the fact and on markets that are liquid enough that people can get on at the same price the tout got
