What's up with people who look at a hole in the ground full of crap, smell the crap, see the crap, hear others laugh at the crap filled hole, but the hole owner says we are not full of crap so the person chooses to ignore what they see and jump in that pit of crap of their own free will??

That's bad enough... but the indignant way some of these types come back afterward squawking about how they are now covered in crap and everyone else is at fault floors me sometimes.
So according to SBR employee, anything at B+ or below (BetIslands!) is at the level of "hole of crap in the ground."

And any book rated A or better is paying enough to SBR that they will never take your side in a dispute, no matter how wrong the book is.

Doesn't leave a lot in between now, does it?

According to SBR Moderator "Optional", they have no pending payout complaints with ****** (link below) yet I have had a pending payout complaint with Matt Rossi of SBR for 2 months with zero traction gained. ****** refuses to pay me, they say they are "verififying my account". Mind you I have been playing their for 2+ years. No manager will pick up the phone and give me an explanation of what is going on. I have had my account frozen for 4+ months.

I have called nearly every day for two months to speak to Brock and he's always in a meeting. On Friday, a customer rep picked up and said he would 100% be able to speak to me at 1PM. I called at 1PM and they told me "he's not in a meeting but he can't speak to you. He's working."

I still havent gotten my $23,000 I was supposed to have a Skype video interview yesterday with DSI to confirm my identity but they did not reach out to me on Skype yesterday.

I called again today and magically every manager/supervisor is in a meeting for the 30th straight time I've called.

I called DSI today and the representative notified me that "all managers are here but they are not willing to talk to you." Representative then told me he pleaded with them "Please talk to him for 2 minutes" and they said no.

I am trying my best but no manager will even take up a call with me. I have SBR trying to help get me my money but they are getting absolutely nowhere. It has already been over a month that SBR has tried to resolve my issue to no avail. Not even having their sports book rating downgraded from A+ to B has pressed DSI into action.

Update on DSI: They have not paid me yet. No manager will speak to me. SportsBookReview (SBR) has now lowered DSI to a C rating. They were an A+ just a month ago before my incident.

did sbr specifically tell you that you’re the reason their grade is going down?

seems like there might be more than just you. if so, you’re probably SOL. if not, maybe there’s like a 10% chance they’ll pay you for some good pres....nah, they probably won’t.

They have a report that they filled out when they downgraded DSI and my account is the only one specifically mentioned. If anyone else was being scammed for any kind of significant money, I am pretty sure they would have added that to the report. I have read a few reports on sportsbooks being downgraded and when it's drastic like this one, they will typically have 3-4 accounts mentioned. I Copy/Pasted the full SBR report below.

"Prior to 7/9/17, DSI utilized the services of A+ rated Bookmaker.eu to power its operations. Since that time, DSI continues to experience issues related to its separation from Bookmaker.eu.

One of the outstanding issues is a player whose account has been frozen for withdrawals since August 4. He has a balance of $23,832.17 which he is unable to withdraw. The player has wagered with DSI actively for more than two years, wagering exclusively in the sportsbook, including straight bets and props.

DSI contends that the player is not who he says he is and that they have not finished their identity verification process. The player maintains that he provided his ID and verified his address when he signed up with DSI and that he has deposited and withdrawn from his account at least a dozen times prior to having his account frozen for withdrawals. He has denied knowledge of any other DSI account-holder."

I provided every piece of documentation they needed AND I quickly agreed to do a Live Skype Video Interview with them. SBR thought this would be a good way for me to prove my identity to them and DSI did not accept the offer to do the Live Skype Video Interview.

Not sure what gnomed is but I assume it means some kind of "bearding" situation which is 1,000% NOT the case. Every play I put on that website was my own information.
