Can someone tell me what is the true rating of betonline? I heard there were lot of problems with it a while back but now it seems like there isn't much issues with it anymore? SBR has it rated as an A book but obviously they aren't the same as 5dimes.

Has anyone done wires with them without an issue?

5Dimes who paid plenty for their rating. They had a high profile case that Justin7 ruled against them. SBR then handed it to a lackey and Justin7 left over it. Same case that Tony threatens to send hit men over withdrawals. Does not stand by his live chat nor managers decisions.

The same 5dimes that got the WU to Nic killed because they tried to squash someone out of spite. Now we all have to sweat WU transfers because of 5dimes.

They dont like paying out but they do to smaller players. They put up obviously bad lines to free roll players. The high profile cases in which they squeeze a player gets them through. All you have to do is cull the top one percent and you can run well.

SBR had Legends at A+ knowing that they had assets on US territory..poof..ask the wagerweb transfers how the checks and cashouts are coming.

The last great US book was the Greek

Iirc J7 only quit once he got stiffed for about 100k from sbr's affiliate scam promition of betislands. He didn't leave off of any moral high ground. He's a douche

5dimes are what they are. Just know what you're getting into. I would recommend anybody play there. Just don't piss Tony off and don't expect to be treated like a regular unsatisfied customer of everyday life things. I don't disagree with Dan's position but the line was obviously bad, he should be happy that he got anything, and Tony isn't exactly an everyday real world human being. He's truly a one of a kind legend in the world of internet sports betting of being a condescending smartass who rules like Stalin. His chats are hilarious as long as you're not on the other end of them. Deal with it or play elsewhere

I can't really comment on betonline. I know Sabaneta claims to collect a lot from them with no problems. I was always scared away by Clam having 60k dumped away in casino losses that sbr had to resolve, some other guy having 5 figs dumped in poker losses. Idk perhaps I should play there. There's nowhere else at this point

Are people trying to argue that sbr is anything but a bunch of scammers that sale their ratings ?

sbr will now instantly ban you if you complain about books their choosen books.

grumpy no ones arguing, some people have been misinformed by SBR scam campaign. When I first started sportsbetting they seemed marginally legitimate now they are full blown scam.

Just look at the first page, amazing how there is NO real bet disputes anymore, as they don't allow it. Back in the day (3 years ago) there was always multiple threads with legitamate issues or just books and players scamming each other.

I understand what you are saying about sbr as they have many bad stories about thier sponspored books.

But does anyone know how is betonline now though? Does anyone here bet with betonline in the usa or nonusa and tell me if their cashouts have any issues? Im sure that wont be an issue with them accepting deposits but do they have issues paying out? I read recent reviews for usa sportsbettors in another forum that they are paying out fine with check and wire. Is that true? What about skrill/neteller? Im more interested in skrill/neteller as ROW players should be able to cashout faster and wanted to know your opinion. Also, do they still have that rollover problem? Read lot of ppl mention they coulodn't cashout due to it but also read lot of ppl play poker only. I would only be betting sports at BOL and would hit the rollover pretty quickly so i figure i would accept the bonus there.

Also any thoughts on youwager? And does any ROW player play there? They seem to accept wires from the sbrreview and also payout in wire. I read people play there but its mostly us players and those that use w/u and m/g and obviously im not going to bother with those amounts.

I can see this thread is a little old, but I found it as I look for a new posting forum. The thread is still relevant because SBR is still a joke.

Yesterday SBR banned me for posting a thread where I mentioned some of their recent failed books. Over the years they have had several A rated books fold and screw the players over. I started a thread saying I only play with a local in part because I lost money playing at a couple of their “A” books who ended up stiffing me.

I then come back a few hours later and have a very rude message from moderator “OPTIONAL” that said “ Since you only play local, you don’t need an offshore forum. Banned. Date Ban with expire NEVER”
I was like WTF ? I have posted there for 6 years and have never been banned or suspended. I have posted like 6 straight winners. Then I post a thread a little critical of SBR and this guy goes crazy ? I can only assume one/some of their sponsored books ordered my banning. A lot of posters there are delusional and believe that as long as they stick to A rated books there is no risk. The A books don’t like someone pointing out their fallacy.

I was really quite shocked. So many childish threads/ and troll posters over there and that’s goes unnoticed. But you criticize SBR in the least and it’s a permanent ban.

I don’t know what more I should expect from a site that started out promising it would never take sportsbook advertising and criticizing other site who did only to do a complete 180. This site called its “ The only true watchdog” and “The site for the players” because it didn’t take sportsbook advertising. Then it did a 180 and now its more beholden to its advertisers than any offshore forum I have ever posted at.

I mean I remember back in the day when I poster had a payout issue SBR could get on the phone and the book would bow and pay real quick. Nowadays it’s the other way around. A posters was being big time slow paid and Optional great advice for the poster was to sit and wait and “I would advise you not to get to crappy with them”. So pretty much STFU and wait until/if they feel like paying you your money.

The SBR hypocrisy is disgusting.

do not think it is real to trust only one source even it is sbr or other one; better to be informed from more sources as only so you will be very well informd and you will have an argumentative opinio about smth

back in the day, they were sending tons of new players to those books via their affiliate links. now, they don't, so why should the books care when sbr emails them saying that they need to pay out some random? they have nothing to offer.

also, good job on the 6 straight winners, you should start a thread here. SBR Discussion Thread (SportsBookReview / SBRForum)

Hey noob here, I signed up for SBR a few weeks ago in order to use their NFLodds section, to decide which books are shown. After I did this, I accidentally clicked on their forum and saw this message

"You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never"

I didn't even know they had a forum. I've never posted anything on a sports forum. I assume they think I am a winning player. I emailed and got no response. Is this standard?

I have no idea about SBR in particular, but the message is unlikely to be directed specifically at you. It is probably just the most convenient version of "you aren't authorised" set by the site administrator.

That sounds reasonable, but I don't think thats what's going on here. I've emailed the moderators twice with no response. It would be very weird if you sign up at SBR, that you would have to sign up a second time to use their forum, using a different email. If I don't log in I can view the forum, but if I log in it won't let me even do that. Do you normally need special permission to post on their forums?

I have had similar issues in the past. I think they must have banned a ton of IPs and you are just unlucky to have a banned one right now. Try using a VPN or proxy to visit the site and it should work. Opera Developer browser has a free one.

SBR two tries to register on forum, two times:

"You have been banned for the following reason:

Base on their forum they looks like SCAM ring guys so be carefull with A rating books on their site. Seems they really cooperate with 5dimes especially and heritage.

Of course sbr receives money from bookies. For banners or for removing bad news about them.
SportsBookReview is just a place for outsiders that sit there for a long long time.

I can't quite figure out the true scoop with SBROdds. I'm not complaining about a 5 second delay here and there, but Bovada lines have been consistently off. Right now, SBR lists Bovada having a game at 6.5. Bovada has 6 whether I'm logged in or not.

I've used SBROdds / SBRLines for a decade now, and again it's a free line service - I get it. Are there any better alternatives? I don't know of any comparable service that isn't like $200/mo.

Bovada deals two sets of lines which is commonly known. SBR gets the square set for their odds board, any customer with a clue gets the others.

Would you rather be

- fat American in a Central American urban ****hole
- run a scam affiliate marketing website for online gaming companies
- decent salary relative to cost of living, but you are surrounded by nasty gold digging mestizo skanks
- one kind of hot girl in your office but she is ****ing your boss
- everyone hates you

OR

- middle class American with a mild pill addiction living in bum**** Ohio
- high school teacher
- pretty hot wife with nice ass but in 10 years she will be old and salary not high enough to leave her for someone better
- only some people hate you
