I recently purchased the book "Precision: Statistical and Mathematical Methods in Horse Racing" by CX Wong. In the book he has a link to his website, specifically this one:

However every time I try to open it I get some sort of error 🙁. I'm thinking the site might no longer work since the book was written over 10 years ago.
