Hi all,

This is something I would like to share with you and ask your opinions about.

The case: placed this bet yesterday:

The game ended 1-4 with two goals from Havertz. So the game matched all criterias of the bet.
When I logged in this morning I saw it was lost. I contacted support and this is what happened:

personally I'd email them and say they accepted the bet as "or" and since that came true then they should payout as advertised, i'm not sure changing the "or" to an "and" is even legal once the actual match has been completed.

At a minimum they should at least refund your stake

This is crazy and as I have read they removed the bet prior to the match, but didnt void it either. So as they were aware of the circumstances prior to the match they cant refuse to declare it a winning bet.

Good to hear - utter lunacy that they edited the bet that you placed. I'd ask them for an additional free bet or something like that as some kind of apology too.
