I'm based in the US and sadly can't bet at pinnicale but I do collect information from them because they are probably the sharpest book and serve as a great baseline for determining value(or lack thereof) in smaller book's lines. I've built a python based crawler that pulls odds on a fairly regular basis from them, betonline, 5dimes, bovada and vegasinsider(for my local books) without needing access to an api. Another great source for information is sportsbookreview.com. It collects odds from most major online books including pinnacle. Some of these may or may not allow bot betting and may or may not have an api. In general if you are a developer an easy solution would be to write a custom browser extension and use something like selenium to run that extension. This should fly under the radar at most books and as long as it isn't going crazy should be fairly indistinguishable from normal traffic.
