I was looking at some of the possible bets for aussie soccer and they have

spread +0.5 and +1 1.990 what exactly does this mean?

do they have money lines for win/loss/draw in soccer at pinnacle?

1. half of your bet is on +.5 and half is on +1.

2. depends on the game i guess. i dont know, but if you dont see, im guessing they dont offer it.

i don't mean to sound like a dumbo, but usually i just bet on straight winners so could you spell out exactly what results need to happen to win that bet?

You bet $110 to win $100 on +1/+0.5

This splits your bet into 2 bets:

$55 to win 50 on +1
$55 to win 50 on +0.5

So it works like this:

Team Wins Or Ties +$100
Team Loses By 1 -$55
Team Loses By 2 Or More -$110
